Barcode-Verified Movement Passes at Every Door

No product leaves a floor without approval. AssetGuard gives every product a permanent, tamper-resistant barcode and puts a scanner at every controlled door and lift.

Architecture

How It Fits Together

Three layers working together at every controlled door — hardware that scans, cameras that witness, and software that decides.

01

Checkpoint Hardware

Fixed barcode/QR scanners and buzzers at controlled doors and lifts, handheld scanners for stock checks, and a thermal printer for tamper-evident labels.

02

CCTV Evidence Link

Your existing IP cameras and NVR are referenced automatically — every denied movement records which camera saw it and when, without storing duplicate video.

03

AssetGuard Software

Product registry, movement-pass workflow, floor-by-floor live inventory, incidents, tamper-evident audit log and searchable reports — one dashboard for store, security and management.

Inside the platform

Key Features

From barcode to buzzer — every layer needed to see, verify and stop unauthorised product movement.

Permanent Product BarcodesCodes are never reused; labels are tamper-evident, and the code survives in the system even if a label is destroyed.
Digital Movement PassesProduct, authorised carrier, approver, origin, destination, validity and status on every pass.
Approval WorkflowStaff request, managers approve; every approval is recorded with a name and time.
Checkpoint VerificationScan at any controlled door or lift; the system decides allow or deny on the spot.
Floor & Door-Wise TrackingLive inventory per floor, plus a movement log per checkpoint with device and camera references.
Unauthorized-Movement ResponseDenial where safe and legal, buzzer, security notification, CCTV clip reference, full incident record.
Exit Dispatch ControlProducts leaving the building are marked dispatched and removed from floor inventory automatically.
Tamper-Evident Audit LogEvery entry carries the previous entry’s SHA-256 hash; a silently edited record breaks the chain and is exposed.
Incident ManagementAcknowledge, investigate and close incidents with the trail preserved.
Role-Based AccessAdmin, Security and read-only Auditor roles keep duties separated.
Offline Event BufferCheckpoints keep working through network drops and sync automatically.
Searchable ReportsMovement and incident history by product, user, checkpoint or date; CSV and PDF export.

Why Us

Why Choose CSL SYSTEMS

Loss prevention only works when hardware, software and process arrive together. We install the checkpoints, label your inventory, configure the approval flow with your team, connect your existing CCTV, and train store, security and audit staff — with Bangla user guides.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What if someone removes or damages the barcode label?
Labels are tamper-evident — removal is visible. The product’s code is permanent in the system, so the item can be re-labelled and its full history remains intact.
Can a movement be forced through without a pass?
Not silently. The checkpoint denies where safe and legal, the buzzer sounds, security is notified, and the attempt is recorded with a camera reference.
Can records be quietly edited later?
No. The audit log is hash-chained — each entry carries the previous one’s SHA-256 hash. Any alteration breaks the chain and is detected by a one-click integrity check.
Do we need new CCTV cameras?
Usually not. AssetGuard references your existing cameras/NVR for evidence clips; we add cameras only where a checkpoint has no coverage.
Does it block fire exits?
Never. Emergency exits and fire doors are never locked or held by the system — on any denial they remain fully usable; the system alerts and records only.
Can it work alongside our attendance system?
Yes — AssetGuard runs on the AttendPro platform, so the same staff records drive attendance, carrying rights and approvals.
